Leah Henry is a Producer and Development Producer at award winning Indie Fully Focused Productions, with a focus on nurturing and supporting an inclusive pipeline of young creative talent.
Leah represents Fully Focused on the Film London Equal Access Network panel, partnered with Film Fixer and Screen Skills to launch the free-to-access 'Set Ready' film training course for underrepresented young people and speaks regularly on how the Screen Industries can become a truly inclusive and accessible industry.Leah began her career as a researcher for live music shows at IMG in 2001, moving on to Assistant Producer for documentaries, she joined the BBC in 2003 working across commercial strategy for Comedy and Entertainment, set up her own brand content Indie in 2010 before joining Fully Focused in 2015.
Leah recently Produced scripted Comedy ‘PRU’ for BBC3/iPlayer (nominated Best Short Form @ Broadcast Digital Awards) and is currently developing a number of scripted projects for BBC Drama.
