Ramaa Sharma

Ramaa is an award winning media executive, a coach and journalist. She has over 19 years experience in the media industry including 17 years at the BBC where she rose up the ranks to Senior Editor in News.  Currently, Ramaa is the host of the "Authentic Leadership" podcast for the Oxford University's Reuters Institute where she is also a member of the faculty. At the Institute she helps leaders solve complex problems and create more inclusive organizations. Outside of Reuters Ramaa coaches media professionals, directors and CEOs find their authentic voice and thrive. Lastly, Ramaa also conceives and presents documentaries on systemic inequalities - most recently for BBC Radio 4. The documentary is called "Culture on the Couch."
