“Robyn Bailey is the Learning & Development Manager for Streamland Media. She leads the UK, L&D strategy and training across all divisions of Streamland Media including Ghost VFX, Picture Shop, Formosa Group and Picture Head.

Delivering in-house, bespoke Management courses she helps deliver the next generation of Streamland team Managers, giving them the guidance and resources to successful lead teams of industry professionals. Alongside course creation Robyn produces and hosts her ‘Food for Thought’ Series for Streamland Staff, globally. In this web series she interviews staff contributors with lived experience on variety of subjects covering well-being, mental health and professional development”.
