Luke Seraphin

Head of D&I, Content & Sky Studios, Sky

Luke Seraphin is responsible for D&I for Sky’s content and Sky Studios, leading on all inclusion and diversity strategy and delivery. In this role he is responsible for increasing Sky’s representation of under-represented groups on and off screen, as well as driving forwards greater inclusion and accessibility.

Prior to this role Luke was the Head of PR for Sky’s Drama and Factual offering. Luke has previously worked with a variety of organisations including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, BBC, Channel 4 and ITV. Luke is genderqueer and neurodivergent.
