Balvinder Singh Sanghera is the proud owner of runVT Post Production. runVT remains one of the few independently owned post production companies in the UK, celebrating 27 years in November 2022.

Bal has strived to ensure that the company reflects society. The company prides itself on probably being the most diverse company per capita; the mix of personnel based on race and gender in varying roles such as Management, Technical and Production is exemplary.  

Bal understands the difficulties faced by people of colour and those from under-privileged backgrounds when applying for roles in the media sector.
